How do I upload, replace or update my memories?
1. Download the “ihanfo” App – Install the app on your phone. Its simple, intuitive interface is easy enough for both kids and seniors to use.
2. Connect via WiFi – Link your phone to the MemoSphere™ crystal ball’s built-in WiFi (no internet connection needed).
3. Upload Memories – Easily upload your favorite photos and videos, or capture new ones directly from your phone to instantly display inside the crystal ball!
How much storage does it have?
Each capsule includes 4GB of built-in storage, giving you plenty of space for multiple short videos or a few longer, meaningful moments.
Can I play sound through MemoSphere™?

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship worldwide and shipping is always FREE! Non-US customers are responsible for customs clearing/duties, and local taxation. International shipments may be subject to customs processing and additional charges, customs policies vary from country to country, therefore you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays in arrival. If you can normally order product from the U.S or China and have it shipped to you, then you can order in the same manner without any problems!
